Underserved Community Services and Development (UCSD) is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering historically underserved and economically disadvantaged communities, including Designated Assisted Communities (DACs). Through a holistic range of services—such as technical assistance for farmers, educational workshops, business development support, and rural development initiatives—UCSD works specifically to train, sustain, and promote opportunities and access for entrepreneurs, helping them build viable enterprises from the ground up. By offering tailored mentorship, resource navigation, and capacity-building programs, UCSD removes systemic barriers and fosters an inclusive economic ecosystem.
